EVERYTHING

subtle Smell of urine was emanating from the washroom even when it was dry, that needs to be addressed. Similar issues were experienced by us in the first week of April in another room. This needs urgent attention by hotel management.

Parking is available in front of, behind, and opposite the hotel Room has: central AC, kettle, cups, dishes, thermal heater, a fridge, and a telephone Rooms: a bit of narrow and average furniture. No view. No soundproof Bathroom: towels, slippers, soap & shampoo, and strong water pressure Receptionist: Responsive, polite, and gives flexible checks in & out

No transportation Take the free bus No. 06 from station 176 on the road across the street from the hotel. It drops you 5 min. walk front Haram. Sometimes extremely crowded

Budget hotel with excellent facilities

Eveything was perfect. The front desk person even lended me a good some of money to pay the taxi when we arrived for check in (I forgot to keep change wih me) t They were even generous enough to give us a late check out

The pillows were too hard .. they should put some soft pillows as well The taxi to Haram will charge you 20 SR and they can ask you even more when coming back , so keep this in mind !!

Excellent for the money that we paid

The Saudi guy at the front desk was not efficient. We requested for house keeping services to change stuff at our second day of stay. He did not pass it to the right guy. We had to stay as is.

Loved it, and so did my father with whom I was visiting for Umrah!

The hotel is a great place to lodge for Umrah trips. There is a Super Market just next to the hotel and you can easily buy all groceries, food, fruits and all basic necessities (even a power convertor!) at the store. The staff is very cooperative. They have over 40-50 Wheelchairs for those in need. You can easily take a Careem cab from this hotel to Masjid Al Haram for as less as SR 10/- but for returning from Masjid Haram, you need to take any general taxi for SR 40/- which is fine. Excellent room service and staff. Rest everything is provided and branded with Al Aseel Plaza logos, even the towels, the shampoo, the glasswares. Highly recommended! Umrah Maqbool..

They don't provide bathing soap, so you will have to buy yours. For getting back to the hotel from Masjid Al-Haram, best option is to take a usual taxi from outside the King Fahad Gate - it is going to charge you SR 40-50/-

Worst place to stay as they only accept cash, no buss to haram, limited staff, no parking........

Nothing to like about.

A pathetic place to stay. 1. They take cash payment no card payment is available. 2. Dont have parking. 3. 3 Staff in total. 4. Dont have a buss service to Haram. They will guide you to take public transport. 5. Rooms are way to small. 6. Far from Haram. 7. 8.2 rating on booking.com is paid and fake.

My room No. was 709 and there is a very bad offensive odour coming from drainage system of the water. please check what is the cause of this bad odour.

Overall the stay was good.

There was enough room for car parking around the hotel and also the road to Haram was accessible easily.

The rooms are a bit small as I booked a triplet room but was unexpectedly small.

Excellent accommodation located in quiet surrounding area.

Excellent accommodation located in Aziziyah (neighborhood of Mecca). The place is calm and quiet with less traffic around it. The in-house facilities are excellent and the staff is friendly and are always ready to fulfill the customers request. There are two grocery stores close to this facility and you can easily find mosques around it. The bathroom is excellent with all the required accessories. The beds were clean and 2 additional pillows were kept in addition. There were eating plates along with the cutlery for the comfort of the customers. You can easily find a taxi to masjid Al-Haram from this facility and taxis usually charges in between 15-20 SAR. You can use "Shaikh Abdullah Khayyat Road" as landmark for this location.

1. No nearby food restaurants, I used to walk 1.5 Kms to get food. 2. Pillows are hard some what. 3. The electric heater is very slow. 4. It will take at least 8-10 minutes by car to reach masjid al-haram from this location.
